The Millennium Falcon
Legos are not just for kids anymore. In fact, it’s been that way for a long, long time.
Before we left for two months of work in Illinois, I purchased a Lego R2D2. One of my daughters had given me a Lego Darth Vader helmet for Father’s Day and I really enjoyed it. Fast forward to two months later and WOW! The experience with the R2D2 was amazing. Less than two thousand pieces, but very intricate and detailed work. With the best of hobbies, you can lose yourself while you immerse yourself in whatever project you are involved in. I realize I’m not creating a work of art, but the experience was very enjoyable. My wife, noticing how much enjoyment I was deriving from the activity, suggested I get another kit. I’ll let you know how it went in 7500+ pieces.
