Old Growth Trail

Today we walked the 1 1/2 mile trail around the campground. Part of the trail held examples of what the forest looked like before we harvested it. Apparently, Douglas Firs can live 750 - 1000 years. The walk was very humbling with 150’ high trees everywhere.
