Sep 17 Valley Forge

While I’m in Pennsylvania for the next two months, I thought I’d try as many walking trails as I could as I wind through the Keystone state. Trail number one is the Valley Forge Walking Paths.

My hotel for the weekend is 1/2 mile by connecting trails from the Valley Forge National Historical Park. Around the park are miles of interconnecting paths and trails. I did several different loops over the weekend and enjoyed it immensely.

I also stopped by the Visitors Center. This building houses numerous displays of colonial era weapons, miscellaneous artifacts and informational displays showing life in the revolutionary encampment.
