Lake Scranton Walking Trail

Lake Scranton Walking Trail

While I’m in Pennsylvania for the next two months, I thought I’d try as many walking trails as I could as I wind through the Keystone state. Trail number three is the Lake Scranton Walking Trail.

Coming in at just over three and one half miles long, the Lake Scranton Walking Trail is a fully paved almost entirely shaded path that circles the lake, just southeast of its namesake city.

There are numerous rock outcroppings, rock wall ruins and wildlife sprinkled throughout the route, making it a very enjoyable experience.
